We are looking for a skilled PPC Expert to manage and optimize pay-per-click campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling significant advertising budgets with a strong focus on maximizing ROI and conversion rates while minimizing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and cost per click (CPC). This role demands a strategic thinker who can analyze data, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, track, optimize, and report on all digital marketing initiatives, including planning, goal setting, testing, and managing Google Ads and social media campaigns. Utilize data and analytics to drive performance across paid media channels by designing and maintaining reports and dashboards that analyze, forecast, and communicate key metrics.

Manage full-funnel PPC and paid social campaigns aligned with client objectives, covering planning, testing, optimization, and strategy for both acquisition and retention. Oversee all aspects of paid social media and PPC ad planning and buying, including strategy development, target audience analysis, ad setup, content calendar management, monitoring, and reporting.

Manage tracking and attribution using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Events Manager, and Google Tag Manager. Coordinate campaign calendars, asset trafficking, billing, and related pre- and post-launch processes. Strategize and execute digital marketing activities for established local brands across multiple industries, with a focus on B2B sectors.

Manage content syndication and demand generation campaigns while closely monitoring campaign performance to ensure KPIs and objectives are met. Attain and maintain certifications such as Google AdWords/Analytics and Facebook Blueprint. Conduct thorough research on products, services, and promotional offerings to inform campaign strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders at senior and operational levels to ensure commercial success. Ensure compliance with client brand guidelines, international marketing standards, and data regulations. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging channels, demonstrating a continuous learning mindset.

Lead client meetings and conference calls, accommodating international time zones, to develop campaign briefs and understand client requirements. Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and ensure flawless campaign execution from briefing to reporting. Define audience targets and set clear objectives for PPC and paid social campaigns to meet client goals within budget.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in digital media planning and hands-on PPC management, particularly in B2B environments. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media tracking tools.

In-depth experience with at least one major PPC platform such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, or lead generation platforms. Strong digital mindset with problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach. Ability to work independently, take full ownership of projects, and proactively resolve issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive and concise tone. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency setting. Exceptional time management, prioritization, and project management skills with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or related platforms are highly desirable. Experience managing monthly ad spends of $5,000 or more. Proven ability to lead client meetings and report on multi-channel campaign performance.

Experience building and managing full-funnel PPC strategies from awareness to conversion. This is a part-time, in-house position with flexible hours (approximately 5 hours per week) and a contract length of six months. The salary range is PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month.
