Maintain and update supplier records and contact information in the ERP system;
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner;
Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team & treasury Department to ensure timely and accurate payment processing, with a weekly report of payments made and payables position at the end;
Maintain and update supplier records and contact information in the ERP system;
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, such as accruals, account reconciliations, and financial reporting related to procurement;
Assisting in Cash & Bank reconciliations;
Intermediate book-keeping knowledge;
Review and reconcile discrepancies, such as price differences, quantity variances, or delivery shortage issues, by liaising with the stores, finance function & external confirmation from vendors;
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards in all aspects of invoice processing and payment activities;
Assist in audits and provide the necessary documentation and support to auditors related to supply chain invoices and payments;
Performing tasks as assigned by line manager.

Minimum Education: B.Com /BS-FINANCE / MBA
