Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including hardware, software, networks, and systems administration.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, security, and compliance.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, printers, and networking equipment, to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment, software licenses, and technical services as needed.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular security assessments and implement measures to protect against cybersecurity threats and data breaches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT requirements, propose solutions, and implement technology initiatives aligned with business goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our IT capabilities.
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and inventory related to IT assets, configurations, and support activities.
Must have hands-on experience in ERP to assist the departments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience (4-5 years) in IT management, systems administration, or a similar role.
Strong technical expertise in networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, cloud platforms, and IT security
