Accounts

Compile and analyze financial information to prepare individual and consolidated financial statements and management reports on monthly and annual basis.
To ensure financial record is maintained in accordance with applicable accounting policies, procedures and IFRS.
Monitor and support corporate and taxation issues.

Tax

e-filing of monthly sale tax return.
e-filing of monthly withholding statement.
e-filing of annual income tax return.
Deduction of advance tax u/s 148, 149 and 153.
Preparation of accounts for tax purpose.
Preparation of sale and purchase registers
Deferred tax calculation.
Preparation and reply of different tax notices under income and sale tax ordinance.

Audit

Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process.
Checking systems & procedures defined by management and ensuring their compliance at different levels.
Audit and analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
Ensure, delegating as appropriate, that warehouse is adequately managed, staffed and resourced.
Prepare and maintain controls responsible for warehouse’s records.

Finance

Manage fund inflow and out flow.
Documentation and communication with financial and non financial institutions to make sure the availability of fund through loan facilities and/or discounting.
Managing and reviewing overall fund position of different Projects run by the organization.
Prepare and make decisions regarding the financial feasibility of projects (by checking the Net Present value or Discounted Cash Flows of a particular project).

Managerial Skills

Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills.

ERP

Define our requirements looking in to ERP system
Participation in developing and implementation phase of ERP system.

Analytical Skills

Competent to use Statistical Quality Control Tools & Techniques for quality improvement.
Capable to collect and analysis the data for decision-making and for statistical conclusions.

Computer Skills

Competent to use SAP B-ONE ERP system.
MS Office (Specially EXCEL, WORD & POWER POINT) and
Accounting Softwares like Quick Books, SAGE Line-50, Peach Tree.
