- Development of website products and features across our B2B and B2C brands.
- Merchandising product listings on the web
- Ensuring all brand and product copy is SEO-friendly and in line with best practices
- Coordinating requirements for new banners/ frontend content for our websites with our inhouse graphics, creative, and marketing teams
- Testing after debugging issues have been fixed across our CMS platforms (supported by a web agency for our Magento 2 store)
- Raising support tickets on the web agency platform
- Liaising with web agency on ‘fixes’ for support tickets, providing feedback in the form of written communication, Figma diagrams and/or annotations
- All web UAT for new developments(Magento and Shopify)
- All UX testing (Magento and Shopify)
- Functionality development (Magento and Shopify)
- Acting on Google Analytics report - analyze website analytics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions
- Instruction to our overseas team for the creation of landing pages, blogs, etc
- All SEO (on page)
- Creation of backlinks
- Manage and optimize digital advertising PPC campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) – liaise with the marketing team in creating ads and monitoring performance, reporting back to the Digital Lead and Directors
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
