We are seeking a motivated and personable Client Relations Officer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You will help maintain strong, long-term relationships and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery
Gather client feedback and provide insights for service improvements
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Experience in a client-facing role is a plus
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (preferred)
