Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally
Support the sales and service teams when needed
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software is a plus)
Previous customer service or relationship management experience preferred
