We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. This role involves developing strategies to increase revenue, managing campaigns, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet business goals.
Lead and support the sales team to drive performance.
Identify new market opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends and report on performance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
