We are looking for a Vendor Manager with at least two years of experience preferably in sales of renowned electronic brands or Mobile phones brands and has a good market knowledge. The ideal candidate must have a track record of handling account management, familiarity with business operations and processes, and a demonstrated ability to work adaptively within a functional team, across teams, and with external partners.

Consumer behaviour and market developments, as well as distributor and brand management, must be well understood by the ideal applicant.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Background in Consumer electronics or mobile phones managing retail accounts.
  • Excellent understanding & analysis of sales and profit development for consumer electronics industry
  • Develop strategic relationships with key national and regional accounts and coordinate and support with others
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
  • Owner of weekly sell-out, orders, & forecast planning
  • Definition and coordination of marketing investments
  • Development of appropriate portfolio proposals and matching marketing and sales strategies to increase sales

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years’ experience as a Vendor manager, key account manager, sales manager, merchant/buyer, or other relevant work experience

  • BA/BS degree in business or related areas
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, able to plan work independently and efficiently
  • Fast comprehension and eager to learn new things
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, pro-active work style
  • High degree of personal responsibility and commitment
  • Team Player personality with experience in working in a multicultural environment
  • Must be detailed oriented with a proven ability to multi-task
  • Effective communication skills, both in written and verbal form, to interact with cross functional teams, business units, as well as across other geographies.
  • Must be a self-starter and effective time manager.
  • Ability to manage your own schedule to meet the needs of sales partners
