Job Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions to improve soft communication skills among employees.
Analyze and provide feedback on employee calls, highlighting areas for improvement.
Assist in correcting communication mistakes and enhancing phone etiquette.
Provide guidance on effective communication with US patients during calls.
Cultivate an understanding of US culture to facilitate better service delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Communication Trainer or similar role.
Expertise in soft skills development and cultural communication.
Familiarity with the US market and its cultural nuances.
Strong analytical skills to assess employee performance and progress.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to conduct engaging and impactful training sessions.
Relevant certifications or training qualifications preferred.
