primehr is looking for Development Officer for RD&I Department for Multinational Manufacturing company. Following are the responsibilities:

To develop new products and optimize existing formulations to meet the needs of the customer in order to help the Marketing Department to achieve their targets.
To provide prompt and effective technical service to Performance Coatings customers with a view to ensure that the customers obtain the maximum product benefits from company’s products, leading to a profitable relationship with the customer.
To evaluate and develop new and alternate sources of raw materials to ensure availability at competitive price so that the formulation costs are reduced and profit margins are increased. Deleted and hazardous raw materials are substituted with suitable and environment friendly alternatives in line with company’s global HSE&S policy.
To carry out in House evaluation of Products against competition and report to Development Manager for corrective actions.
