We are looking for someone to develop, deploy and manage our contact/call center VOIP servers based on Asterisk. Job would require research and implementation of voip solutions for our office and our customers in coordiation with our design and development team.
Candidate should be dynamic, fast learner and have flexible timings for work. This would be a challenging yet rewarding job which involves a lot of learning and new concept implementation in VOIP scenarios based on asterisk servers.
Familiairty and experience with implementation and deployment of Predictive dialers, CRM and other BPO related info-structures would be a plus.
