Capture requirements from various stakeholders, synthesize them with scope and priority, expected behavior, and risks associated with the request
Work with the design team and be involved in various brainstorming sessions and sketch sessions to discuss the business scope, provide design feedback in terms of performance, customer experience and security measures before sharing with business stakeholders to finalize the design.
Perform GAP Analysis and document the gap between the existing system and desired system.
Partner with application (3rd party) providers, and creators to ensure each project/integration meets a specific need and resolves successfully
To check API endpoints and validate all the necessary data elements are flowing through the API calls as per business and marketing needs and communicate with vendors or development team for any issues.
Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our web/software applications, hardware (if any) and IT processes
Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment
Create test cases, coordinate bug meetings and work with the QA team to ensure all the scenarios are tested and pass the acceptance criteria before the launch.
Design and execute A/B testing procedures to extract data from test runs
Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior
Consult with the executive team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in the industry
Check website performance and identify the areas where the website is having the most errors by running reports, and share with the team.
Web (App) Development

Responsibilities

Assist in designing and programming SaaS applications for web, and mobile platforms.
Implement rich user experiences using Angular, HTML/JS/CSS.
Develop and maintain REST APIs, writing documentation using the OpenAPI specification.
Create queries and stored procedures for SQL databases.
Participate in Agile events and code reviews.
Skills and Attributes
Strong desire to learn to code, and to find and follow best practices.
Knowledge of website/web app building using Angular, JavaScrip and other modern web frameworks.
Good CSS and HTML skills.
Familiarity with modern web frameworks and tools. We use React, Angular, Bootstrap, Javascript, etc.
Knowledge of Wordpress, Woocommerce, Shippoo, Stripe, and other ecommerce integrations
Understanding of Web app architecture, HTTP, WebServices, and RESTAPIs.
Understanding of version control. We use Github, and other agile & DevOps toolsets.
