ProGlobal Technologies is looking for candidates in night shift with outstanding communication skills and should possess strong negotiation ability. The candidate should be enthusiastic and must have a proven work experience of customer service and have the ability to work in a performance oriented environment Call center / BPO experience will be preferred along with Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office etc.)

Job Brief :

The overall responsibility of the position is follow up with potential clients and resolve outstanding medical bills . Ensure compliance to Customer Relationship Management & Attainment of desired target.

Requirements :

Must have a proven work experience with adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation.

Call center/Sales / BPO experience will be preferred.
