We are looking for a senior UI/UX designer, preferably someone with experience in user & competitor research and the ability to solve customer problems through innovative design. Previous experience working with a SaaS product will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

The UX/UI Designer is responsible for being the driving force in executing quality user experience for our web & mobile applications through the creation of mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and graphical elements. Responsibility will also include consistency across all three platforms, the UX/UI Designer defines style, layout, graphic, coding standards, and best practices for UX/UI development. The UX/UI Designer requires a blend of creative and technical disciplines.

Requirements:

Education / Experience:

5+ years of UX/UI design experience desired
BS/MS Degree/s in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field desired
Must have experience in creating User experience for web & mobile apps.
Experience executing interactive prototypes, and code using a range of prototyping and development methods (paper, Photoshop, Basalmiq, Sketch, Flinto, HTML, Javascript, etc).
Portfolio that demonstrates the above knowledge and experiences for the role.
Proven experience working in an Agile Development Process.
Proven experience working effectively with offshore resources a plus.
