Procurement Manager

Aesthetics Lab is seeking a dedicated and skilled Procurement Manager to join our Lahore-based team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of products and services. This role involves overseeing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The ideal candidate will hold a master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives. Manage vendor selection and evaluation processes while maintaining strong, professional relationships with suppliers. Oversee all purchase orders (PO), goods received notes (GRN), and monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability. Negotiate contracts effectively, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Maintain detailed and accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports to support decision-making and operational transparency.

Required Qualifications
A master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management roles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential to manage vendor relationships and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical abilities are necessary to assess procurement needs, evaluate vendor performance, and optimize sourcing strategies. Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems is required. The ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously is also important.
