We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for products within the cardio-metabolic or general portfolio. This role requires a keen understanding of market trends, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to drive brand growth through innovative campaigns and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will be instrumental in product launches, training initiatives, and building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals to support overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to assigned cardio-metabolic or general portfolio products.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analyze sales data to guide and optimize brand positioning and strategy.
- Design and coordinate promotional materials and marketing campaigns in collaboration with regulatory, production, and supply chain teams.
- Provide ongoing product training and support to the field sales force to enhance product knowledge and improve sales effectiveness.
- Plan and manage product launches, Continuing Medical Education (CME) events, and healthcare professional (HCP) engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and medical professionals to promote brand advocacy.
- Work closely with regulatory, production, and supply chain departments to ensure timely product availability.
- Monitor marketing budgets and evaluate campaign return on investment (ROI) to ensure efficient use of resources.
Required Qualifications
- Proven marketing experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, ideally with cardio-metabolic or general product portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research and sales trends effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing product launches and medical education programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software relevant to campaign management and reporting.
