Job responsibilities:

To maintain professional and technical knowledge of sales, review product brochures/publications and attend interdepartmental sales meetings whenever required.
To identify business opportunities by analyzing prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching sales options.
To negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers and liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders (if required).
To assist hod in detailed proposals including offers, tender documentation, registration etc., as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
To supervise, manage and motivate team members in order to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Assign or delegate tasks to team members for their grooming.

Educational Qualification:

B.E + MBA Preferred

Essential experience:

B2B experience of 2-4 years
