Job Responsibilities:

Support ARM/Captain in performing Operations.
Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages. Speak and interact with both new and regular customers.
Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins.
Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients.
Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios).
Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins.
Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation.
Follow health and safety guidelines.
Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items.
Contribute to a positive team environment.
Ensuring Service Standards, Team Player should be a hands-on type of person.
Know Bar Services, Lobby Services, and Order Taking.

Requirements:

Matric/Hotel Management.
F&B Service Level 1 or 2
Barista Certification Level 1 or 2.
At least 2+ year in the coffee service industry
