Job Role and Duties:
- Manage administrative tasks.
- Assist in arranging meetings.
- Coordination with vendors, file management and other administrative tasks assigned by the line manager.
- Should be quick learner, flexible in their approach and be ready to work in a fast-paced business setup.
- Maintaining minutes of meetings and other similar documentation.
- Maintaining calendar and consistently following-up with stakeholders on assigned tasks.
Qualification & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
- Freshers from well reputed universities having good interpersonal skills can also apply.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (BBA / MBA).
