Individuals are required to initiate and receive client calls.
Should be able to influence customers to buy or retain the product & service for the branding and marketing purpose.
Should be able to meet and exceed the targets consistently.
Determines requirements by working with customers.
Answers request by explaining wanted data; exploring, finding, and giving data.
Enhances organization reputation by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Comprehend client issues and resolve as indicated by organization strategy.
Educate clients by clarifying methodology; addressing questions; providing information.

Requirements:

Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Proficient in MS office.
Target oriented.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from reputable university (HEC Recognized).

Experience: 1 to 2 yrs experience in Customer Service.

Career Level: Experienced.
