Job Responsibilities:

Lead collaborative efforts with the engineering team to define and implement strategic goals and objectives.
Oversee day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
Provide effective leadership to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Streamline engineering processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and elevate the overall standard of our products.

Foster seamless communication and integration of engineering efforts with cross-functional teams.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights to assess and enhance the effectiveness of engineering operations.
Contribute to the development of budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans.

Educational qualification:

B.E + MBA preferred

Essential experience:

Must have 6 + years in the relevant industry
