Responsible for greetings and welcoming guests, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing emails, answering all calls and directing as needed, process check-in and check-out.
Room & business center reservations, assistance in pre-registration, and cancelations as per policy.
Duty Rosters/Shift Management.
Overseeing Booking Portals & Departmental Logs.
Ensuring that FDOs and Shift In charge observe Punctuality, Grooming Standards, Follow Communication (Spoken + Verbal) guidelines.
Staff Training & Mock Tests
Cash handling, posting charges to guest accounts, raising paid out's, and currency exchange as/when necessary as per policies and procedures.
Writes and initials the pass-on log book for daily shifts.
Checks cleanliness of lobby and public areas, lights, as well as front office staff in proper and orderly appearance and behavior.
Use suggestive selling techniques and promote other high-end services of the hotel.
Coordinates requests for complaints and repair work.
Complete command of all Safety and Emergency procedures; is aware of accident prevention policies/SOPs.
