- Supervisor existing operations, crops, fruit Gardens, livestock, and staff & recommending improvements.
- Supervising schedules for planting & harvesting & ensuring staff understands expectations.
- Visiting the different divisions to inspect crops, and livestock, and also perform tests on soil & water.
- Ensuring seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other supplies are available as per requirement.
- Scheduling repairs, maintenance, and replacement of equipment & machinery.
- Ensuring all staff adheres to health & safety regulations.
- Preparing budgets & financial reports.
