People is an international HR Services company operating in Pakistan and serving domestic and multi-national client organizations across all HR functions.

Job Description:

Budgeting, Planning, Monitoring & Reporting
Prepare budgets and plans for the campaigns and different activities.
Institute a system for tracking progress and submit detailed reports to the stakeholders.
Ensuring deliverables are achieved and service standards are met every time.
Coordinate with Client Provincial Team for the hiring plan endorsement, sharing job ads, interview endorsement & approvals.
Enable, equip, coach, train and guide the team members on processes, policies, skills.
To participate in campaign evening meetings to represent People and guide forum on HR issues, if required. To coordinate with client provincial team regarding monthly plan, progress reports and approval.
Design and develop high quality investigation reports in coordination with Sr. HR Executives.

Requirements:

Qualification: BBA/MBA in HR
Experience: 4 years or relevant experience

Quetta, Baluchistan, Pakistan
