People is an international HR Services company operating in Pakistan and serving domestic and multi-national client organizations across all HR functions.
We are looking for a Client Relation Executive (Payroll).
Job Role and Duties:
- HR Services & Operations
- Customer/care Relationship management.
- Preparation of Payroll processing and salary disbursements.
- Reports should be accurate and provided on time.
- Reconciliation of salary invoices.
- Maintaining a database of invoices and processed payments.
- Pre-audit of all invoices/payments as per defined timelines by the client.
- Prepared and submitted client-specific reports timely and as when required by the team.
- Follow and maintain audit trails and records.
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or similar discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of core experience in payroll.
- Proficient in MS. Excel.
