You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of web applications using Angular framework. You will play a key role in architecting scalable and high-performance solutions while mentoring and guiding junior developers. Your expertise in Angular and web development best practices will be crucial in driving the technical direction of projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
Angular Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular framework, ensuring scalability, performance, and responsiveness of applications.
Architecture Design: Architect robust and scalable solutions based on business requirements, leveraging Angular and related technologies.
Code Review: Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on Angular development, best practices, and software engineering principles.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality software products.
Research and Evaluation: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Angular and web development technologies, evaluating their potential impact on projects.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution of defects and addressing technical debt.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents, architecture diagrams, and code documentation.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to process enhancements and optimization of development workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 Years and above experience in software development with a strong focus on web applications.
- Proficiency in Angular framework and related technologies such as TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- A passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
