Job responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on various industrial products I.E., security equipment, material handling equipment etc.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop and implement effective solutions.
Conduct regular maintenance and updates on equipment.
Deliver comprehensive training to clients on system operations.
Ensure timely resolution of service requests and exceed customer expectations.

Educational Qualification:

Be in electrical & electronics

Essential experience:
