People is an international HR Services company operating in Pakistan and serving domestic and multi-national client organizations across all HR functions. We are looking for a Sr. Executive Sales & Services for our office in Karachi.
The incumbent is responsible for the daily B2B sales efforts, brand communication, and business development.
In addition, you will provide support to the Regional Head of Sales to yield high-performing strategies, implement sales tactics, market performance trend analysis, meeting budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets.
Candidates must have a dynamic leadership style, excellent communication and decision-making skills, and astute business acumen.
Provide support in achieving sales and service budgets by implementing effective strategies.
Coordinate with B2B clients, manage attrition, and facilitate the hiring process.
Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and new clients to enhance business partnerships.
Support and liaise with clients on a day-to-day basis, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Knowledge of Bitrix 24

Qualification: BBA/MBA

Experience: Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience
