An Outdoor Sales Officer in the telecom field is responsible for driving sales of telecommunication products and services by traveling to assigned territories and meeting with potential customers. Here's a breakdown of their key duties:

Sales & Customer Acquisition:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers within your assigned territory. This may involve cold calling, attending industry events, networking, and following up on referrals.

Develop Customer Relationships: Build rapport and trust with prospective clients. Understand their communication needs and pain points.

Product & Service Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's telecom products and services (phone plans, internet packages, business solutions etc.). Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Solution Selling: Craft customized solutions that address the specific needs and budget of each customer. Effectively present product features and benefits, highlighting how they solve customer problems.

Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure sales and achieve assigned sales quotas.
