General Position Summary:
The Project Officer (COM) has overall responsibility for day to day implementation of project community mobilization activities in the community for selection of trainees both for formal and non-formal education for enrolment in Pakistani schools at project locations. Community Mobilization Officer will work closely both with project management and support staff (including finance, administration and program) in organization to ensure that community Mobilization activities are implemented according to schedule, budget and required quality. The CMO reports directly to Project Manager. The CMO will assist the Project Manager in outlining a strategic plan for the implementation of project including identifying methods of operation for effective programming and maximum results.
