RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Supervise the progress of all construction activities and submit the Daily Progress Report.
  • Must be able to Direct Contractor according to Management plan and timely resolve if any flaw made on site
  • Take strict measures of material leakage and wastage.
  • Ensure project completion as per the set timelines.
  • Review daily construction work and suggest any improvement measures • Verify the quantities and specifications of materials demanded by the contractor – raises  RFQs accordingly.
  • Maintain materials and equipment inventory in Stock Register.
  • Know how of Society Construction Codes, maintain cleanliness on site as per society demand and Maintain copies of all necessary permits on site.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following Method Statements and procedures.
  • Maintain an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers.
