- Tactful coordination with customers

- Complete data networking & network security installations in the given time period
- Preventive Maintenance activities with existing customers
- Attend assigned issues and complaints regarding data products from but not limited to Fortinet, Jupiter, Cisco, Barracuda, PaloAlto, Kaspersky, Ruckus, SonicWall, Vectra etc.
- Coordination with customers as per instructions of line manager and seniors
- Troubleshooting critical issues
- Routing team member to the customer site as per level of support and requirement
- Proactive email correspondence
- Keeping the team members updated regarding issues & plans
- Attend trainings as and when required
- Willing to travel with in country as and when required for deployments and/or support calls
- Complete certifications on productions as assigned by the department head
