Ensure all working area & work processes are in accordance with health & safety rules
Ensure all aisles & passage ways are unobstructed
Ensure all worker are equipped with recommended PPEs
Ensure Proper use of PPEs
Resource planning to achieve production targets
Responsible to deliver fault free Prodcut
Timely share skill wise resource requirement with section head if any special skills required to do assigned job
Follow work schedules,guidelines & priorities,given by section head compiles material inventory records & prepares requisitions after production Manager or Quality Supervisor approval for procurement of material & services
Provides assistance & support to section head about scheduling,status-to-date,& process control,& forecasts Completions & computations of various task on assigned projects.
Prepares daily production sheets with status of assigned orders/ work highlight any shortage of material/ WIPs which can affect the production output
Seeks direction on handling orders that involve making judgments such as choosing which specific product or material from the manufacturing product lines will meet specifications or are of like & kin
Prepare planning/cost sheet of assigned project
Responsible to ensure operators comply to SOP & adhere to safety rules & regulations
Maintaining safe & clean work environment by educating the operators on safety operating Procedures
Responsible to keep tools in safe custody
Ensure monitoring the efficiency of production equipment
Develop, coordinator & implement preventive maintenance, housekeeping & safety related activities
Ensure that the operator of any equipment has the training & knowledge of operating
Help executive to introduce new tools to bring efficiency.
