  4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a large number of projects simultaneously.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  6. Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, with the ability to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Job Description:

  • The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the sales process for a portfolio of properties.
  • This includes identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing relationships with clients and potential buyers, and negotiating and closing deals.
  • The Property Sales Manager will also be responsible for creating and executing effective marketing campaigns to promote properties and drive sales.
  • Additionally, the Property Sales Manager will be responsible for monitoring market conditions and trends and adapting sales strategies accordingly.

This is a full-time position that requires a high degree of autonomy, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
