Call Connect is seeking potential candidates for the following position:
Title: HR Recruitment Officer (Male / Female)
Location: Rawalpindi
Qualification: MBA/ BBA/ MS (HRM)
Skills and Experience:
- Must have 3-5 years of working experience.
- Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify a suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Posting and removing job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Full understanding and experience of the Recruitment and Selection process through several mediums especially social media accounts.
- Must have knowledge of preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Able to perform HR Generalist operations.
- Must have good communication and coordination skills.
- Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
- Coordinating new hire orientations.
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
