- Produce weekly/monthly reports.
- Listening up to 400 calls per day.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of quality control experience in a contact center.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in call monitoring tools and Excel.
- Bonus: Taxi industry knowledge.
