Following is the JD of an Accountant required for our Organization to Provide Accounting, Bookkeeping and compliance service to our US clients:
· Perform complex general accounting functions, including preparation of journal entries, account analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
· Prepare month-end financial reports.
· Prepare, record, and process accounts payable and cash disbursement, and accounts receivable and cash receipts.
· File sales tax reports on monthly or quarterly basis.
· Manage weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll
· Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately, timely and comply with federal, state, and other legal requirements
· Preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns for business clients.
· Communicate with clients for their queries and collecting missing information that is required to perform the assigned job.
· Perform other related duties as directed or as the situation dictates. (We wear multiple hats at Prudent Accountants)
