- Develop and implement Billing process related to the marketing services
- Manage the vendors from time to time and address their queries.
- Evaluate & manage the billing received, verified and paid to vendors.
- Assist with annual budget development of Marcom department and managing marketing budget
- Responsible for PR, SAN creation in SAP, as per requirement and approvals
- Verification of invoices with respect to releases made and third party tracking, BOQ and SOW.
- Clearance of commitments in SAP after receiving list of PO and processing the payments
- Responsible for following up with accounts for timely payments
- Keeping a log of released amount, billed amount, and paid amount
