RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain complete record of each procurement.
Support in RFQ/tender pack preparation and contract drafting (and its legal vetting, where required).
Issuance of RFQ and receipt of quotations from participating bidders.
Safe custody of bid bond and quotations with proper tracking.
Release of Bid bonds to respective bidders as per approved guidelines.
Support in price benchmarking and market surveys.
Maintain complete record of each procurement (both soft and in hard form)
Coordinate with concerned function for timely issuance of GRN, SAN etc and payment to the vendors.
Coordinate with end user function and regional Finance team for timely release of Performance Guarantees to respective vendors.
Support in obtaining signatures on procurement documents from relevant authorities as per approved guidelines.
Support in preparation of procurement cycle and open POs report.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification:

Professional Degree in Business Administration (Finance/Supply Chain) from a reputable HEC recognized institute.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in related role.
