- Management PCRM IDs of FSA,OSS,Ufone Joint Shops and maintaining database
- Handling EVO NADRA bypass cases for Foreigner’s/Companies and maintainign database
- Coordination with Finance/ E-payment/ PCRM support team for realization of payment in PCRM & billing issue on daily basis.
- Resolution of complaints coming in activations of all Wireless products received from regional teams within 01 day.
- To provide support to Regions to resolve TPN/PCRM/CRM related issues and Coordination/Liaison between regions and IT team.
- Provision of required information/support to issues sent by Regulatory Affairs
- Ad-hoc extraction of sales data from PCRM
- Provision of configuration data to Regions
- FOC activations on requests from HR & higher management and maintaining database
Requirements
Education
- Advance Degree in MBA or Equivalent
Experience:
- At-least 1 – 3 years of experience in relevant field
GradeEquivalent to BPS-17
