Job Responsibilities

Development and Implementation of Information Security Policies and Procedures based on ISO 27001 Standard.
Performs daily maintenance and operation functions of Firewall, VPN Concentrator, IDS/IPS, RAS, and AAA etc.
Performs regularly scheduled security and vulnerability audits and determine corrective actions as needed.
Coordinates third party network security assessments and provide detailed reports and remediation recommendations.
Analyze problems to determine the best solution and design solutions to improve security posture.
Ensure compliance with targets and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls.
Ensure compliance of the best practices and international standards.

Education

Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Electrical/Telcom Engineering

Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in information security/Policy development of a large-scale IT/Telco

Skills

Moderate knowledge of Juniper / Cisco firewalls and firewall management platforms
Must be Aware of network topologies/design, routing/switching concepts
Have Knowledge and expertise of: NIDS, VPN, DMZ, AAAs
Understanding of common network and system attack methods
Solid understanding of security best practices
Solid understanding of IP networking (TCP/IP and packet analysis)
