RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Sales & Customer Care operations
Close coordination with customer, technical team and vendors/partners.
Customer relationship and improvement in customer experience
Participation in trainings arranged for the support teams in region
Keeping track of performance for timely achievement, timely deployments of services in coordination with technical teams and third party vendors
Reporting and tracking of deployments through CDT
Locking of scope of work for new projects
Strong coordination with customer during project deployments

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification:

Professional Degree in Business Administration

Certifications:

Certified Corporate Sales Associate

Experience:

2-3 years' experience in relevant field
