Assistant Manager (Customer Correspondence)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee customer communication operations

Monitor & keep track of customer communication performance & KPIs.
Conduct periodic quality checks on customer communication and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for improved & efficient customer communication.
Take required action on customer feedback.

Devise and implement customer communication policies

Implement customer communication policies and rules at all available communication inventory.
Suggest policies & procedures for better customer communication experience.

Control & reporting activities

Handle customer feedback in a timely fashion.
Ensure correct and timely information to customers.
Use appropriate communication inventory to reach customers.
Follow up with relevant stakeholders for improved customer communication.
Provide timely reports regarding customer feedback.

Training to customer communication team

Establish strong feedback channels.
Monitor and evaluate reporting employees.
