Assistant Manager (HRIS) HQ

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist payroll activities and support payroll agents for proper updation of payroll and personnel data in SAP.
Coordinate with HRBPs for provision of data for bonus, annual increment and PMS increase.
Update bank accounts and coordinate with banks / regions for online salary payment.
Analyze payroll & personnel data for rectification of fallouts.
Extract additional payment entries from SAP for confirmation / verification form concerned region before payroll processing.
Run time preparation of monthly bank statement & payroll register at the time of payroll processing.
Incorporate withholding tax rebates cases other than HQ’s every month before payroll run.
Distribute pay authority of Regular employees on pay change / promotion etc. to concerned quarters.
Incorporation of withholding Tax rebates cases other than HQ in SAP every month before payroll run.

Qualification

Master’s Degree from HEC Recognized University (Degree in HR / Management Sciences would be preferred)
