JOB OVERVIEW

AM Finance is responsible to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices in SAP/BAS.
Preparation of different analytical and periodical reports (BRC/GST/Variance Analysis etc).

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-audit of invoices and processing in SAP/BPS
Preparation of OPEX Quantitative Analysis Report.
Preparation of monthly exchange wise report.
Coordination with region for Monthly Accruals/ Provisions.
Processing of employee related claims through SAP.
Assist in preparation of addition budget demand of the regions.
Coordination with region in settlement of financial issues.
Preparation and submission of new vendor registration cases to H/Qs.
Preparation and timely submission of BRC on monthly basis.
Preparation and timely submission of GST Statement on monthly basis.
Checking of RPC cases of assigned regions as per PTCL DOP/manual.
Participate in Physical stock counting activity
Physical verification and reconciliation of Fixed Assets.
Reconciliation of CPE booking in SAP with Actual consumption of Modems at Regional level.
Review and analysis of Temporary Advances/ Special Advances of the regions and ensure clearance through SAP.
