IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

 ·     Facilitate towards business growth by acquiring and providing administrative services to new customers. Ensure network rehabilitation along with organizing and controlling daily, weekly and monthly targets by utilizing resources (human, Tools and equipment) , for best customer experience .

·     Enhance network in potential/dry areas to ensure the rehabilitation of faulty network.

·     Ensure end to end process of providing New high-quality installations of phone Connection to customers, in smooth & trouble-free manner 

 HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

 ·       Formulate and share monthly, drop wire Utilization Report of Exchange, vehicle logbooks and Report, Un-skilled labor statement of sub divisions and monthly progress report (sales) , to Region.

·       Liaison with SE Exchange buildings and controlling exchanges administratively. Co- Coordination with Zonal Offices.

·       Co-ordinate with other agencies to protect and safeguard the PTCL Network during development activities.

·       Support Development Wing in Rehabilitation of DC under rehab projects.

·       Maintain sales growth and revenue enhancement and facilitate with new technological requirements to Customers.

·       Ensure Surveying, testing, fault identifications and rectification, preparation of preventive estimates and execution of work after sanction of preventive estimates as per BoQs.

·       Propose new potential areas for MSAG/dry areas and propose MSAGs for LLC.

·       Ensure Jointing of underground and aerial cable and testing of newly commissioned OSP network.

·       Resolve the communication breakdowns by timely and proper rectification of complaints.

·       Update Store collection Purchase orders on SAP to report the region.

·       Ensure Reconciliation of Modems and other store items of the exchange.

·       Build Internal & External Customer Support Infrastructure.

·       Meet PSTN, broadband, IPTV sales target and NTC targets regarding copper, as well as DSL.

·       Ensure Marketing in rural areas for Sale enhancement.

·       Assist in Rehabilitation planning of business rich areas and ensure resource provisioning for network improvement.

·       Planning to handle underground cable faults under prioritized schedule.

·       Perform Data cleansing and mapping.

·       Ensure periodic training of all field staff on quality of installation and fault rectification.

·       Ensure Maintenance of underground cables, renovation of local loops.

·       Collect competitor’s information to acknowledge illegal subletting of the area & Monitor financial regulatory.

·       Monitor timely and proper rectification of complaints (MTTR , MTTP) and Accurate Mapping of NEs.

·       Conduct monthly meeting about progress review MTTR, MTTP, CHI, revenue, gross sale.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

1.       Qualification

Master’s degree in Business administration /Telecommunication Engineering.

2.       Experience: relevant

Relevant experience of Management & General Administrative issues.
