Manager (Performance Management)

Major Responsibilities include:

Design, implement and manage organization-wide performance training/capacity building for all levels of employees to drive for positive and measurable impact on the culture and performance.
Advise on competency-based management systems in accordance with the PTCL policies.
Ensure smooth execution of Performance management process on cloud-based tools.
Ensure success in the achievement of business goals by facilitating the overall performance improvement plans.
Research best practices in performance management and suggest continuous improvements in process and system.
Coordination and Follow-up on Check-Ins, Improvement plans, OKRs activities.
Monitor completion of OKRs and scorecards and PMS activity

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification:

Professional Degree in Human Resources

Experience:

3 to 5 Years’ experience in relevant field.
Hands on experience of SAP, Oracle Fusion/Taleo
