As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the organization. This includes managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

2. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

3. Manage the budgeting process, including developing annual budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and monitoring variances.

4. Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash needs, and optimizing cash utilization.

5. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with audit requirements.

6. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making, including investment decisions, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.

7. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and guidance on various projects and initiatives.

8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline financial operations.

9. Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions as needed.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and accounting.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

3. Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.

4. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, including Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling software.

5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

8. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

9. Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.

10. High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
