A Multinational Company is Seeking a candidate with confident and clear telephone manners and excellent written skills. The ideal candidate will have worked in the areas of business to business sales, tele sales and cold calling, with self-motivation and enthusiasm to grow their knowledge.

Job Timing: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound business to business calls to prospective customers to generate opportunities
Telephone Sales Calling
Inbound / Outbound Calling
Customer Services and Customer Inquires Communication
Developing relationships and nurturing leads for the business
Working to and exceeding set KPIs
Using CRM and other internal systems
Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, with consistent follow up on both inbound and outbound sales leads.
Cold/Warm Calling
Email / Telephone Prospecting

Must Competencies

Driven, determined & self-motivated
Strong relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Must be Patient and Persistent to achieve the Daily/Weekly/Monthly targets
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM Software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
